Below is the procedure we will follow on the date of the draw.
You must bring the following items with you:
- Copy of all player's birth certificates*** along with a copy
for the State ASA office*** Birth Dates Highlighted.
Assemble the birth certificates in the same order that each players
name appears on the roster.
- Original and a copy (for the State ASA office) of proof of
insurance.
- Original Official ASA Championship Roster with all player's
signatures and parent's signatures, when applicable.
- Photos and ID cards that need to be signed and laminated.
- You will check in at the appropriate age group station.
- You will then have any ID cards signed by an authorized NH ASA
Staff Member and then they will be laminated.
- AAfter all teams are signed in, we will read the list of teams
in each age group and classification (A or B), to determine if any
team needs to move. Teams may be moved if there are
insufficient numbers in a certain tournament (A or B), or if there
are questions about a team's qualifications for the B division.
Because of this, it is recommended a representative from each team
remain present for the draw.
- The draw will be held, with all byes being drawn first, we will
then proceed with filling in the rest of the bracket..
